The Mid-Valley Behavioral Care Network (BCN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Hopkins as its new Executive Director. Hopkins is replacing Cindy Becker who is retiring in March.
“We’re very excited to have someone with Justin’s extensive background join BCN,” stated Commissioner Craig Pope, BCN Board Chair. “The combination of his direct experience as a provider along with his leadership roles at the Oregon Health Authority will build upon the important work of the agency.”
BCN is part of Willamette Valley Community Health (WVCH), the local coordinated care organization. As Executive Director, Hopkins will work with providers, community partners, and consumers to ensure access, quality, and integration of services in the region.
“This position provides a great opportunity to use my expertise and focus my passion on creating and sustaining a robust system that serves our most vulnerable residents,” said Hopkins. “I’m committed to build upon the good work that’s been started and look forward to leading the organization into the future.”
Hopkins starts his new position on April 16, 2018.
