Email is not secure and should not be used to communicate confidential and/or health information directly to MVBCN. If you need to communicate sensitive information to MVBCN via electronic means, please use MVBCN's Secure Message Center. You must know the email address of the MVBCN staff who will receive your message in order to send a message from the Secure Message Center. Messages exchanged through the Secure Message Center are encrypted and can only be decrypted by the message's recipient.

 

Please be aware that MVBCN cannot guarantee the confidentiality or security of any information you send to us when using email. MVBCN shall not be liable for any breach of confidentiality resulting from such use of email. MVBCN will not use email to communicate confidential and/or health information unless the email is secured in accordance with our policy. Messages that are created, received or otherwise accessed through MVBCN's Secure Message Center are regarded as secure for purposes of our policy.
