Available Advocate Opportunities
Since the beginning of MVBCN, consumer advocates have been asked to play an important role in the development and improvement of services. By bringing forward perspectives gained through personal experience, their understanding brings a shared understanding which greatly influences discussions, planning, policy-making, and decisions.

All individuals (people who receive services, family members, providers, and staff), are involved in the design of services. Every individual is an important and necessary voice in creating the best programs and services possible. Because consumer advocates bring the voices of the people we serve, and the voices of their families, our organization achieves continuing success.

If you would like to be part of an advocate team supported by the motto, “Together pursing the best we can IMAGINE”, please contact Helen Lara, Consumer Affairs Specialist, at 503-585-4992, or hlara@mvbcn.org
