MVBCN is motivated by a spirit of collaborative innovation. We are excited about the possibilities created by replacing management-by-regulation with a continuous quality improvement process. Clinical Quality Committee is the engine for regional discussion and decision making about initiatives which can move us as a Network closer to realizing our vision. The committee is made up of consumer advocates and professionals (mostly at the manager or clinical supervisory level within the provider agency).

The Committee's tasks include:
--developing the annual Quality Improvement Plan
--monitoring implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan
--overseeing quality improvement efforts at the agency level
--approving all requests for regional training
--recommending practice guidelines and other policies
